Sand Stabiliser and Surface Sealer

A resin-based liquid used to bond and waterproof the unbound sand joints of flexibly constructed pavements in order to protect the sand base and prevent loss of jointing sand through aggressive street cleaning.  Joint Fix also protects rigid and flexible pavement surfaces from staining.

  • Stops the loss of jointing sand from street sweepers
  • Prevents water ingress that leads to degradation of bedding sand and substrate frost damage
  • Reduces staining from oils, foods and general spillage
