The Marriot Hotel has undergone a spectacular multi-million pound redevelopment that has cemented its status as a prestigious destination in the nation’s capital. The hotel’s new contemporary design features five-star accommodation, Gordon Ramsay’s sensational Maze Restaurant and Maze Grill and spacious function venues which have all been enhanced to provide an elegant and spacious venue.

 

As a well known landmark among Central London Luxury Hotels and with the trendy Mayfair District and Oxford Street as its neighbour, The Marriot Hotel needed to ensure that its exterior design was just as superior as its internal 5-Star multi-million pound renovation.

 

County Contractors who won the landscaping development project of the hotel redevelopment chose to use the Ultrascape Mortar Paving Products Pro-Bed HS Fine Bedding Concrete, Pro-Prime Slurry Primer and Flowpoint Rapid Setting Flowable Grout as they were able to step up to the demands of the hotel’s multi-million pound project, providing a range of durable, aesthetically pleasing products to help the majestic townhouse hotel achieve the superior finish it required to the front of house driveway. 

 

Ensuring there was no disruption to the guests, small sections of the main 350m² driveway were closed off over time enabling CJ Cook Surfacing & Groundworks, (domestic sub contractors, commissioned in by County Contractors) to lay the new cobbled driveway.
